Savannah ClaySpot is a cozy pottery studio known for its inviting atmosphere and interactive workshops. During the project, we had the privilege of speaking with its founder, Lisa, whose patience and dedication left a lasting impression. Lisa shared how she handles numerous daily inquiries about bookings—a repetitive and time-intensive task she manages with remarkable kindness. Inspired by her story, we set out to address this challenge through thoughtful design.

By conducting in-depth service design research, we reimagined and optimized the website’s functionality, streamlining the booking process and elevating the overall user experience.
